Account of a German village in the Narew area of Poland
by Friedrich Guderian
In this publication Friedrich Guderian describes vividly the living conditions of Germans that settled in the area enclosed by the rivers Bug and Narew. He gives an account of the hard conditions under which the villages were built and he also shows the reasons why many of the settlers repeatedly left the new founded villages to build new ones in other places.
