This article sheds some light on the history of the Niedrunger villages Deutsch Troszyn, Borki, Kępa Tokarska, Deutsch Wiączemin (Gensemin), Sady, Deutsch-Wymyśle, Rumunek, Deutsch-Czermno and Potrzebna which belonged to the parish of Gąbin.
Breyer describes the founding conditions of the villages and also the difficulties which the settlers experienced when landowners changed their minds.
The article is based on documents and court records that Breyer researched at the archives in Warszawa.
