History:
In the second half of the 18th century the Satrost Kosowski of Kłodawa founded the settlement Dębina. In 1760 Stypin Hollendry and in 1776 Przysypka followed.
Jakob Sigismund Kretkowski, Starost of Przedecz founded in 1781 the colony Nowa Wieś / Neudorf.
In 1855 the place Mieczysławów was founded by the owner of the estate Izbica, Maria Miączyńska née Słubicka and her husband.
Between 1820-1823 the administration assigned land that had been owned by the government to Lutheran craftsmen and cloth workers who had come to Przedecz.
Initially the religious center of the area had been Groß Neudorf.
The Russian Emperor Alexander I. donated land to the Lutheran community to build a church. The ruins of the castle of the Teutonic Order, the Moosburg, was also part of the donation. The tower, that had been built by the last Starost of Przedecz, Jakob Sigismund Kretkowski, was used as bell tower. The church was built beside the bell tower in 1827.

Between 1865 and 1880 many members of the Przedecz parish left the area to go to Lublin, Cholm and Volhynia.
In 1931 the old cemetery at Przedecz was closed and a new cemetery North of the Roman Catholic cemetery was taken into use.
The parish Przedecz contained the Kantorate Groß Neudorf, Mieczysławów and Zgorze, the village Przysypka which had it's own cemetery and the villages Różopol / Rosental, Liliopol / Liliental and Mariopol / Mariental.
The parish initially belonged to the diocese Kalisch, since 1936 the parish belonged to the diocese Płock.
