In the area of Płońsk the settlements Güntersruhm / Dzierzązna, Agnesau / Biele-Brzeźnica, Luisenhuld / Cieszkowo and Niwa were founded.
Initially the settlements were served by the Pastors of Wyszogród.
The Filial Płońsk was founded in 1840 and belonged to the parish of Wyszogród.
The Filial contained the places Płońsk, Biele-Brzeźnica, Sochocin, Kolonia Sochocin, Kondrajec, Zielona, Budy Ciemniewskie, Baraki Wołyńskie, Słoszewo, Strachowo, Niewikła, Dzierzązna, Sarnowo, Niwa, Mystkowo and Cieszkowo.
The colony Biele-Brzeźnica became the center of the religious life.
In WW I about 1200 ethnic German inhabitants were deported to Russia.
