The cemetery is a military cemetery or memorial for soldiers killed in action in World War I. The very well maintained area is formed as a square hill in two steps (reminds of a pyramid) and has a decorated cross on top. At the sides of the earth steps there are small stone plates with German names. The inscriptions are very much washed out
The monument is located amidst a forest, not far from the road leading from Iłów in direction of Łady. From the street a paved footpath leads in a straight line to the monument.
