The Lutheran cemetery of Chodecz is located in the north eastern part of the town and it is still in use. In the shadow of the huge chestnut trees the many old gravestones, often covered by ivy, make a picturesque sight. In the part near the street there are many newer graves with familiar German names.
On a plate at the inner side of the entrance a son of the Jesse family reminds of the victims of the Fascists which have also been among the ethnic German population of Poland.
