The Lutheran cemetery in Sierpc had been a part of the big cemetery at the Kościuszki Street, which is still used today. Tomasz Kowalski found out, that the area for the Lutheran graves had been in the central part of the tripartite cemetery, accessible through the middle of the three gates. Some older family tombs (circa 1910) still exist. But even some of the newer graves show German-sounding names. Tomasz has drawn a little map of the cemetery showing the location of some graves, for which he could find more information.
Photos and other contributions for the documentation of this cemetery were provided by: Tomasz Kowalski, Jutta Dennerlein.
